Ingredients
For the Base

granulated sugar
1
cup
light corn syrup
1
cup
peanut butter
4
cups
cornflakes
1
cup
salted peanuts
For the Topping
1
cup
caramel squares, melted
2
cups
milk chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar and light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture boils.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Add cornflakes and salted peanuts, stirring until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Pour the melted caramel over the cornflake mixture and spread evenly with a spatula.
Pour the melted milk chocolate over the caramel layer, smoothing it out evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Once firm, cut into bars and serve.
