Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

For the Topping

  • 1 cup caramel squares, melted
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar and light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture boils.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add cornflakes and salted peanuts, stirring until well combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the melted caramel over the cornflake mixture and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Pour the melted milk chocolate over the caramel layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once firm, cut into bars and serve.
