Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the creamy peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bars tender.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
